OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE



  • Provide ad hoc reporting and build models that support strategic initiatives and drive strategic decision making


  • Work closely with Sales Operations counter parts on reporting design, optimization, and implementation based on feedback from sales leaders.
  • Manage and regularly track performance of tools that help field leaders identify high potential implanters and referring physicians
  • Closely monitor and highlight performance against quarterly and annual goals through sales reporting tools and ad-hoc analysis
  • Build out and manage long-term sales models that capture changes in market dynamics
  • Advise and assist sales leadership in the following areas:

    • Manage the quarterly sales forecasting process. Identify and quantify forecast assumptions. Highlight the gaps and help sales leaders understand and communicate the needs.
    • Analyze sales and patient flow trends: establish what good and bad look like and regularly highlight examples of both.


  • Ensure effective integration of multiple data sources to deliver a comprehensive understanding of patients, physicians, clinics, and overall business performance.
  • Provide regular training to Zone VPs, Area VPs and Regional Managers on utilizing existing sales reporting.



WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM

Required:



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • 1+ years of relevant business experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, and/or Finance
  • Demonstrated ability to display the highest level of critical thinking to weigh alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with the business strategy
  • Previous experience clearly communicating and simplify complex ideas and systems to leadership
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with the field in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Advanced level proficiently using Microsoft Excel (i.e. Pivots, VLOOKUP's, etc)



Preferred:



  • Consumer focused medical device industry experience
  • Direct experience with Power BI for data visualization & data modeling (highly preferred)


The salary for this position will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.

$62,100 $93,100 USD
