Drug/Alcohol Testing Representative

Location: Onsite in Jacksonville, FL

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm

Salary range: $17.72-$22.15 / hour based on experience

In this position you will be a member of the primary team responsible for efficiently executing the Landstar Drug and Alcohol testing program to meet DOT regulations as well as handle requests for verification of employment. Your experience with clear, concise, and professional communication will greatly assist in a constant and accurate drug testing process.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and provide quality customer service
• Adhere to all policies regarding confidentiality
• Process and audit drug and alcohol testing results and related paperwork
• Work with various third-party contractors
• Run and distribute quarterly random notification lists to various departments
• Train representatives throughout the company
• Process third party invoices
• Create and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Other duties as assigned

Required Minimum Experience and Education:

• High school diploma or GED
• One year of customer service experience

Preferred Experience and Education:

• One year of experience with DOT rules and regulations
• One year of inbound and outbound call center experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Outstanding internal and external customer service experience
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Ability to remain calm in demanding situations including escalated conversations
• Conflict resolution
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication skills in all modes
• Ability to follow oral and written instruction
• Ability to understand and interpret federal regulations
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
