Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • As a compensation professional, this role supports the enterprise in designing and executing our domestic and global compensation strategy
  • Develop and administer domestic and global compensation plans by analyzing compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates
  • Operate as a subject matter expert in a shared services environment
  • Manage compensation cycles, including salary planning, bonus, promotions, and long term incentive administration
  • Project management and end-end execution for numerous and ongoing compensation related projects
  • Support broadband design, maintenance, and administration
  • Support international analysis and program design/execution
  • Support M&A people integration efforts
  • Partner with leadership and HR to design compensation packages that facilitate the securing of top talent
  • Conduct job evaluation and market pricing and maintain our Marketpay library
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation and reporting.
  • Provide various analysis and reporting as needed


Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:



  • The Senior Analyst level requires 5-8 years of relevant job-related experience
  • The Lead Analyst level requires 8+ years of relevant job-related experience
  • Experience in a Fortune 500
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience with international compensation
  • CCP
  • Bachelor's degree


Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:



  • The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience
  • The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
  • The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant job related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Energy industry experience is a plus but not required
  • Experience with MarketPay
  • Experience with PeopleSoft
