The Facilities Operations Lead is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of facility services for a dedicated client account, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of maintenance programs, vendor management, process implementation, and technology integration. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across all aspects of facilities management-including project coordination, vendor oversight, space planning, and financial administration-while maintaining a consistent and professional client experience. This position is based in Alpharetta, Georgia and reports directly to the account Senior Facilities Manager.
