Job DescriptionLocation: US or any country where EGPAF operates; Nairobi, Kenya preferred Location Type: Remote Eligible - Location subject to manager approval Reports to: Head, Total Rewards HealthX Partners Incorporated (HXP) seeks a Senior Manager, HR Systems that will drive the implementation of HR strategy through effective use of technology. This role will ensure that HR systems and technology align to support both the day-to-day work and long-term goals of the HR team. The Senior Manager will lead initiatives to enhance and, when necessary, redesign HR processes to improve efficiency, data integrity, and user experience.

Actual base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as a candidate's qualifications, experience, internal equity, external market analysis, and other business factors permitted by law. Hiring above the mid-point of the range below would not be typical in order to allow for potential future salary growth.
