Description In this role, you'll support the daily servicing of commercial loans by: Imaging and processing loan documents, titles, liens, and post-closing items Managing loan ticklers and clearing exceptions to maintain data accuracy Monitoring real estate tax statuses and ensuring timely processing of paid loans Supporting data cleanup efforts for an upcoming core system conversion Responding to servicing requests via phone and email Participating in process improvement initiatives and special projects What You'll Bring: High school diploma or GED At least one year of experience in a financial institution Strong communication skills-both written and verbal Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure A collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute to a positive team environment Familiarity with regulatory requirements and a commitment to confidentiality Check us out...talk to people you know, visit our website and social media!
