- The estimated starting pay for this role is around $111,550.00 to $165,000/annually. Individual pay will be based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, internal equity, and other relevant factors.

A day in the life The Manager of Enterprise Analytics is responsible for managing and supporting the organization's data strategy and ensuring analytics capabilities support attainment of business objectives and our vision for the future. This role manages the team that collects, manages, and analyzes business data for use in decision making and organizational efficiency improvement initiatives. The Manager of Enterprise Analytics ensures effective utilization and governance of data and advances the analytics and reporting capabilities of the enterprise. This role will have balanced responsibilities which will include up to 50% work as an individual contributor in addition to management and leadership responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include
- Leads and guides employees in accomplishing work objectives within the unit(s). Coaches, motivates, rewards, and recognizes employees. Sets clear goals and objectives, sets performance expectations, and holds employees accountable for achieving results.
- Assists in the development and execution of data strategies for the use of data analytics in new capabilities, clinical programs, products, or services, driving client satisfaction, competitive advantage, and new innovative solutions.
- Identifies and obtains access to sources of corporate data; oversees data aggregation, analysis, and interpretation.
- Manages a team that supports the development of analytic solutions to return optimal value to our business.
- Provides leadership and guidance towards analytics capabilities and reporting on clinical programs, products, customers, operations, and/or markets.
- Supports performance of analytics solutions to impact overall business results while managing all team expenditures and capital projects to operate within budget guidelines.
- Under the guidance of senior leadership, analyzes projects, functions, or departments to identify opportunities for performance or efficiency improvement.
- Partners with internal and external stakeholders, driving value realization from analytical modeling efforts, and ensuring customer needs are met.
- Provides input to ensure continued development of the data analytics function, including standardized tools, report standardization, automation, decision-support and artificial intelligence capabilities.
- Leads moderately complex analytic and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, including data science and machine learning use cases.
- Identifies business trends, conducts root cause analysis of business problems, draws conclusions about business operations, and suggest changes or improvements that could improve performance, efficiency, quality, or compliance of operations.
- Represents the department and/or division in enterprise or other initiatives as assigned.
- Executes the analytic strategies set forth by the director or other senior leadership.
What you need to succeed
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Information Technology or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience can be substituted. Experience with Health Care or Health Care Insurance is also highly preferred.
- 6 years of data analytics, data reporting, business intelligence, data management/governance, healthcare, clinical data management or related experience is required.
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or Power BI with at least 5 years of experience is required.
- Proficiency in R or Python with at least 3 years of experience is required.
- 3 years of supervisory or staff leadership experience is required. At least 5 year of staff leadership experience is preferred.
- Be a problem solver with the ability to research, analyze and define methods, practices, and procedures to resolve issues.
- Clearly communicate and support employees in a variety of situations, while also being flexible and adaptable.
- A strong ability to prioritize and organize work with varying timelines for projects and daily work.
