An Assistant Facilities Manager job is available with our client in Bingen, WA. In this role you will be responsible for providing supplemental support to the Facility Manager during peak activity related to facility transfer, facility development, and concurrent facility maintenance and repair. To be considered for this role, you will have a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and 7-10 years of directly related experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Submit PO requisitions and contractor details, via Cost Point/e-mail and manage outcomes through PO issuance and invoicing.
*Manage various building contractors" performance to ensure alignment with sub-project goals and company needs.
*Develop and/or execute sub-projects utilizing contractors to further primary projects and goals.
*Personally complete sub-projects and tasks when appropriate.
*Complete other tasks assigned by FM.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILL / ABILITY / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
*High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and 7-10 years of directly related experience.
*Able to perform as both a collaborative and independent worker.
*Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously.
*Ability to adapt to an ever-changing dynamic environment.
*Can seek out and identify problems and develop project-aligned solutions.
*Holds strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
*Capable of staying focused on tasks in distracting environments.
*Commercial Building Construction Management background would be a plus.
*Independent thinker who is self-motivated.
