Title: Stock Control Associate - Material Handler

Location: Mansfield, Texas

The Stock Control Associate in Material Handler has a strong work ethic, with an attention to detail,
motivation and exceeds customer expectations by accurate work and high productivity, while performing
key responsibilities based on assigned job function.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

* Ensures Mouser meets or exceeds customer's expectations by meeting and
exceeding established quality/accuracy
* Strictly adheres to all posted procedures
* Maintains acceptable attendance based on Mouser Absence Policy guidelines, which are
measured against the number of unscheduled missed hours. Must be at work on time.
Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job
* Demonstrates a positive "team" oriented demeanor and approach toward work
assignments. Contributes to ongoing success of the entire warehouse team by willingly
accepting and embracing "other duties as required" along with willingness to help the
department as a whole
* Actively cross-trains in other areas, as required, outside of a primary job function
* Ensures a safe working environment for self and others by adhering to established safety
expectations and by following established housekeeping requirements. Notifies
management of any observed safety hazards
* Interacts effectively with individuals and groups inside and outside the organization

The following summarizes the key job accountabilities to be performed:
o Pulls parts from bin box or shelving
o Assists drivers with loading and unloading products
o Sorts product, pallets, boxes and moves to various areas within the warehouse
o Cleans and preps work areas by removing empty boxes from workstations
o Picks up oversized and/or fragile parts (not able to travel by the conveyor system) and
manually delivers to the consolidation department
o Removes trash.

SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

* Able to use a computer, and handheld computer/iPad (preferred)
* Able to count and match accurately and perform simple math
* Ability to see, read and understand instructions in English with various sizes and
fonts
* Able to hear and interpret verbal communication(s) at a threshold of 20db at
1000Hz & 2000Hz and at 25db at 500Hz & 4000Hz
* Strong quality and productivity orientation
* Able to maneuver in aisles 36" wide, stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, grasp, push
and pull for 10- 12 hours, and reach, lift and carry products weighing up to 40
pounds from ground level and up to 2' (using stairs and ladders)
* May be trained to operate a powered industrial truck (such as wave, forklift and/or
pallet jack) (preferred)
* Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job
* Ability to work overtime and weekends

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Prior warehouse experience preferred
