Trimble is seeking an experienced and visionary Business Systems Product Manager to join our global construction software business segment, AECO (Architecture & Design, BIM & Engineering, Construction Management Solutions and Owner & Public Sector). The AECO sector is leading the effort to design, build and adopt the company's 'customer focused' Digital Transformation objectives.

The Business Systems Product Manager is responsible for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our internal systems with AECO focus. This role will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into product requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a clear strategic vision and prioritized product roadmap for the internal systems and processes that support omni-channel Sales, Customer Success, Support and Professional Service workflows, aligned with overall business objectives and the Trimble Connect & Scale strategy.

  • Gather requirements and input from stakeholders across the organization(e.g., sales, finance, operations) into a singular and aligned product strategy with business goals and customer needs.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize and standardize business processes across AECO, leveraging technology to drive efficiency, productivity, and data quality.

  • Facilitate complex stakeholder groups toward uniform decisions, frameworks, and best practices for implementation, creating a cohesive internal and customer experience across AECO and Trimble.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products.

  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business leader feedback and business value.

  • Define product features and specifications and work with Area Leads to write feature requirements

  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of product enhancements.

  • Monitor and analyze internal systems performance, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries.

  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders.

  • Drive adoption of new features

  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably with internal systems.

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Reporting Structure

The Business Systems Product Manager reports to the Vice President Platform in AECO.
