Senior Sales Trainer and Program Manager

We have an opportunity a Senior Sales Trainer and Program Manager, based in Tacoma, WA, to join our Enablement team supporting our Renewals (CDR) team, reporting into the senior Enablement program manager. In this pivotal role, you will train and enable CDR teams while developing engaging outbound programs. This dual role is split with 60% dedicated to training and enablement and 40% to program development. Collaborating closely with field marketers, product specialists, sales managers, and the global renewals team, you will help to drive growth. Be a Contributor - What You'll Do



  • Conduct needs assessments to determine the specific learning requirements of the CDR team
  • Develop and deliver CDR-focused sales training programs, customizing content as needed to address regional requirements
  • Organize and manage comprehensive training programs
  • Develop and deliver blended learning methodologies, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual ILT (VILT), and e-learning
  • Keep training materials up to date with product enhancements, new technologies, and training trends
  • Share best practices across the CDR organization to continuously improve team skills
  • Create sales tools, including playbooks and quick-reference guides for CDRs
  • Develop and implement monthly and quarterly outbound programs to drive pipeline growth
  • Use data and insights to evolve CDR programs and focus on pipeline expansion
  • Support CDR teams at events like our annual Sales Kickoff meeting


Be Prepared - What You Bring:



  • 8+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or learning and development in a technology sales environment, plus prior sales experience
  • Solid understanding of multi-channel engagement, buyer-intent analytics, and customer predictive data tools
  • Experience working with marketing organizations and an understanding of business development methodologies
  • Expertise in creating sales tools, including playbooks and quick-reference manuals
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Project management skills with the ability to drive projects from start to finish
  • Solid cross-functional collaboration skills to gain consensus across global teams
  • Proven success in building and executing outbound programs, while gaining support for initiatives
  • Program performance reporting at monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in business or instructional design is a plus


Be Successful - Your Path

First 90 Days: Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors, and map the systems and stakeholders that rely on your work.
Six Months: Be familiar with Infoblox products and the CDR team, build relationships across Marketing and with Sales leaders, design learning programs to meet the training needs of CDRs, and be in the planning stages of an outbound prospecting strategy.
One Year: Be an Infoblox product SME, implement and improve CDR training strategies, ensuring consistency and quality, increase CDR-sourced opportunities and pipeline from outbound prospecting, and continuously provide data and insights for program evolution.
