Job Description This full-time position involves working on a dedicated team, focusing on indexing responsibilities. The role requires reviewing documentation submitted electronically by borrowers or third parties, accurately identifying the document type, such as a title binder or Verification of Employment, and assigning it to the correct loan number. Speed and accuracy are essential components of this role. Responsibilities * Review electronic documentation submitted by borrowers or third parties. * Identify and classify documents such as title binders or Verification of Employment. * Assign documents to the correct loan numbers with precision and speed. Essential Skills * Proficient in administrative and clerical tasks. * Strong data entry skills, including alphanumeric data entry. * Experience in mortgage, finance, or accounting sectors. * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Basic office and administrative skills. * Ability to work well in a team environment. * Eagerness to learn and adapt. * Prior experience in mortgage industry preferred. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
