1) 3-5 years of experience working with an o365 environment 2) Experience specifically supporting functionality of Exchange Online, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, and Azure AD 3) Experience providing incident management/follow up utilizing Service Now or similar tools *Description* * IT Team is looking to add another o365 engineer to their overall Microsoft IT Team out of Southfield, Michigan. * This is a very collaborative that handles all thing o365 for the organization. * They will be routinely configuring, testing, and maintaining their environments around Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory. * They will also be providing functional support to enhance capabilities around tenant management over their existing o365 subscriptions. * This role will give the engineer a chance to continue providing operational support for these services as well as work collaboratively as they continue to make design tweaks to their o365 architecture too. * They currently are utilizing Query Exchange within the o365 command tool as well. * This team also takes any sort of L2/3 o365 escalations from their service desk team so for those type of issues they have to engage in good customer service to ensure end users issues are being solved as well. * They are currently utilizing ServiceNow to relay incident communication as well as facilitating multi-stakeholder communications when there are escalated issues or internal outages. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr.
