Introduction
The Customer Support (CS) U.S. Upgrade, Install, and Relocation (UIR) department is responsible for installing and upgrading cutting-edge lithographic systems at customer sites-on time, within specifications, and with quality that exceeds customer expectations. This Senior CS Team Lead role is accountable for leading and coaching a team of approximately 10 Mechanical Install Engineers based in Hillsboro, OR, and Chandler, AZ.
Job Description
Manage the engineering teams that perform the installation or upgrade of EUV systems across the US at multiple customers Drive the operational performance of the teams including: safety, execution quality, continuous improvement, team capabilities, cost, and team utilization. Drive the operational readiness of the team with the goal to be localized and self-sustained in execution of UIR projects Responsible for in-fab operations as local Group Lead for 2+ major customers including, but not limited to: safety investigations for near misses, B3 craftmanship follow up during daily disturbance triage and disturbance review board, 5S+1, quality pass-down, daily kaizen meeting in the fab, and more Responsible for the personal and professional development of all engineers within the team;both to ensure personnel are at peak operational readiness to support UIR projects today but also developing the team to meet future business needs. Manage stakeholders including the customers, the service organization that is receiving the system, and multiple internal organizations that interface with the UIR team. Drive continuous improvement not only to optimize the performance of the team but also to improve ASML operations. Maintain short and long term detailed manpower plans and forecasts.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education, skills & experience. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a highly dynamic manufacturing focused role in the semiconductor industry. Minimum 2 years' experience in strategic business decision-making and delivery results. Minimum 2 years' experience with ASML Technology, or similar photolithography equipment.

Legal/export license control (see below) Expect to spend more than 20% of the time inside the clean room working with electromechanical equipment. Expect to travel both domestically and internationally up to 40%. Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. * 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
