We offer a hybrid schedule (in-office & remote/work from home) or an onsite schedule and flexible hours. Candidates will need to reside near Charleston, SC to ensure work site flexibility.

Position Description:
Serves as a key member of the ATI Business Development and Communications team in direct support of corporate and departmental goals and objectives. Primary job duties involve utilization of communication skills to effectively convey the organization's messages to target audiences and collaborating across cross-functional teams to execute communication strategies that align with organizational goals.

Essential Functions:

Coordinates content creation in support of company, department, and program goals.

* Assists in developing creative writing solutions that provide a consistent message about ATI.

* Assists in developing and executing ATI's corporate communications plan.

* Supports management of company-wide ongoing internal and external communications.

* Supports the writing of various policies, procedures, training tools, guidelines and announcements.

* Provides direct support to programs by reviewing and editing technical documents and reports and develops project success stories.

* Assists internal clients in developing presentations and collateral.

* Writes, edits, and reviews content for traditionally printed programs (marketing collateral, trade publication advertising, direct mail, etc.) and/or digital programs (online advertising, micro sites, text campaigns, etc.).

* Ensures that all materials meet both internal and external business and legal standards and follows the appropriate standards, guidelines, and approval processes.

* Evaluates and selects content for publication.

* Required to assist with development and writing proposals.

* Coordinates the review and revision of content created by others before it is finalized.

* Assists with the development of external website content for social media platforms.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree plus two years related experience or Associate's degree with four or more years' direct related work experience required.
  • Required to have a firm understanding of writing styles and above-average writing skills, especially in regard to grammar and punctuation.
  • Writing and editing experience required.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines to ensure content is correct and finalized before it's due.
  • Skills related to fact checking content using standard references to ensure accurate content.
  • Ability to execute daily tasks with limited supervision.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen by birth or naturalization, or a green card lawful U.S. permanent resident, or a political asylum in the U.S. Individual must meet the definition of a U.S. person upon hire due to the risk assessment of this position.
  • Must successfully pass a background check to access sensitive information and automated systems.
  • This position is subject to a background check that includes a review of criminal records. $55,000
