RN Supervisor - Inpatient Dialysis

Shift: Shift 1/8:00:00 AM to 4:30:00 PM

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$38.48 - $50.01 / hour

Lee Health is seeking a skilled Dialysis Supervisor to join our clinical leadership team. This role oversees the daily operations of the dialysis unit, ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care while supporting and mentoring the dialysis staff.

Reporting to an experienced nurse leader, the Dialysis Supervisor plays a key role in fostering a culture of safety, clinical excellence, and compassionate care.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in the State of Florida (or eligible)

Clinical experience in Dialysis preferred,

Clinical experience in related fields such as ICU, or Apheresis considered

BSN preferred; ASN considered with relevant leadership experience

BLS required; ACLS preferred

Nursing leadership experience preferred
