Description & Requirements
How you will contribute:
  • Sell, lead, and report on a variety of compliance reports, including SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 examinations and HITRUST assessments.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of assurance and compliance standards appropriate for assigned engagements.
  • Maintain and achieve high quality in work, client relations, and team relations.
  • Acquire the skills necessary to develop quality client relationships and loyalty and grow the business.
  • Serve in a leadership role within the practice.
  • Support any training and mentoring to Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Managers, as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the firm's leadership.
  • Execute and help lead client engagement activities in all phases of the project life cycle from start to end.

  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based environment
  • Support knowledge sharing efforts and continually improve processes so that the Risk Advisory Team can capture and leverage knowledge
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 4-8 years of SOC-related experience preferred
  • CPA required (CISA also preferred)
  • BA or BS in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or Master's degree in Accounting or Computer Science strongly preferred
  • Prior related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function is beneficial, but not required
