Contracts Manager - Corporate Office - Woodstock, Georgia

Summary:

Pegasus Support Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee all contractual matters associated with our growing portfolio of federal service contracts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, negotiating, and administering a wide range of government and subcontract agreements to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and support organizational goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:




  • Contract Administration & Compliance





  • Manage the full lifecycle of contracts including RFP/RFQ review, proposal support, negotiation, award, execution, modifications, and closeout





  • Interpret and ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, agency supplements, and contract-specific requirements





  • Maintain and track contract deliverables, key dates, and obligations using internal systems and tools





  • Proposal & Pricing Support





  • Partner with business development and operations teams during bid and proposal efforts to develop compliant, risk-mitigated contract strategies





  • Review solicitations and provide guidance on terms, pricing structures, and compliance elements





  • Subcontracting





  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage subcontracts, teaming agreements, NDAs, and MOUs





  • Ensure subcontractor compliance with contract requirements, flow-down clauses, and internal policies





  • Risk Management & Dispute Resolution





  • Identify and address contractual risks and recommend solutions to leadership





  • Act as point of contact for all contractual correspondence with Contracting Officers and subcontractors





  • Internal Communication & Reporting





  • Collaborate with operations, HR, legal, and finance to ensure cross-functional awareness of contractual obligations and changes





  • Develop and maintain contract summaries, trackers, and audit-ready records




Experience:




  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Public Administration, or related field (Master's or JD preferred)





  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in federal government contract management, preferably with service contracts (O&M, logistics, or facilities)





  • Deep knowledge of the FAR, DFARS, and federal procurement policies





  • Experience working with GSA, DHS, DOD, and/or VA contracts strongly preferred





  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Deltek, Unanet, or similar contract management systems a plus





  • Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills





  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment





Preferred Attributes:




  • NCMA CPCM, CFCM, or similar professional certification





  • Working knowledge of wage determinations, union CBAs, and SCA compliance





  • Experience supporting Time & Material, Firm Fixed Price, and Cost-Reimbursable contracts
