We're looking for a seasoned Private Banking Relationship Manager to join our high-performing team in downtown Houston, working from the iconic Esperson Building. If you're passionate about building lasting client relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions, this is your opportunity to thrive in a prestigious and dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the go-to advisor for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, managing all aspects of their banking relationship.
  • Drive portfolio growth through strategic client engagement, retention, and expansion.
  • Source new business through referrals, internal partnerships, and your own network.
  • Deliver a full range of financial solutions including loans, deposits, investment and trust referrals, and commercial banking connections.
  • Conduct credit analysis and structure loans that align with client goals and risk profiles.
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through proactive communication and personalized service.
  • Regularly review client portfolios and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver a seamless, full-service banking experience.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven success in private banking, lending, or other directly related experience in financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, credit structuring, and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking systems.
