The Payroll Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely end to end payroll administration in a multi-state and multi-company global environment. This role involves analyzing data, researching and resolving complex payroll issues, providing support, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and company policies. Because this role involves access to confidential financial information, the Company has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and to provide similar protections for its clients and potential investments.
