We are seeking a Cable Technician to support increased project demand during the busy summer season. This is a contract role expected to run through September with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time position! The technician will work on-site at health centers and universities across Villanova, Allentown, and Abington. Candidates must be local and able to travel directly from home to job sites.
*Responsibilities* * Assist foremen and lead techs with cable installation tasks. * Run, pull, and terminate Cat6a and Cat5 cables. * Perform cable drops and structured cabling installations. * Read and interpret blueprints and site layouts. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment. *Qualifications* * Experience in cable installation or low-voltage work. * Proficiency in Cat6/Cat5 cabling, punch-downs, and structured cabling. * Ability to work independently and follow instructions. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
