University of Michigan Health-Sparrow is seeking a full-time BC/BE Palliative Medicine Physician, Certified in Hospice/Palliative Care to join their practice located in Lansing, Michigan. University of Michigan Health- Sparrow is committed to improving access to medical care across the Mid-Michigan region.

* Inpatient Palliative Care/Hospice/Home Hospice
* Fast paced, high volume, growing program with referrals from several hospitals
* Certified as a Hospice Program since 1987
* M - F, 8am-5pm with rotating call schedule
* Quality scores higher than National Average CMS Hospice Compare
* EPIC EMR
* Located in the heart of the Great Lakes
