Detailer

This position plays a key role in ensuring every coach meets our highest standards before it's delivered to our customers. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on work, and has a sharp eye for detail.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Thoroughly clean and prepare coaches for customer delivery.
• Wash, scrub, and rinse the exterior of coaches using power washers and specialized equipment.
• Clean and sanitize interior surfaces including seats, windows, flooring, and driver compartments.
• Conduct interior finishing touches such as vacuuming, dusting, and mirror polishing.
• Prepare coaches for water testing by ensuring tanks and plumbing components are accessible and clean.
• Perform quality checks to confirm the cleanliness and readiness of the unit.
• Maintain cleanliness of detailing bays and work area.
• Report any damage or issues that may affect the appearance or safety of the coach

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods
• Experience using detailing or cleaning tools and equipment (preferred but not required training provided).
• Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious.

*This position is located in Pembina, North Dakota

• On the job training (experience preferred but willing to train)
• This position offers a starting wage of $18.92 per hour. In addition to the starting rate, employees are eligible for an anniversary increase and annual wage adjustments in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.
