Treasury Solutions Operation Support Representative

SUMMARY: This position performs day to day operational functions associated with both new and existing Treasury Solutions clients who utilize our online banking portals, payment processing, fraud protection, and information services. This position works with the management team to ensure that all department service levels are met on a daily / weekly basis. The Treasury Solutions Operations Associate also reviews daily reports and helps to communicate errors to the Branch Network, Management and clients, if necessary.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned.



  • As a member of a team, assist in daily department workflow, keeping within defined service levels.
  • Utilizing department procedures, perform assigned tasks with minimal errors, keeping to department service levels.
  • Actively looks for ways to assist internal customers / business partners, while working all department queues.
  • Performs any extra task or special project as assigned by the team leader or dept manager.
  • Brings to leadership's attention any error or task that would be considered risky outside of existing Treasury Solutions procedures.
  • Handles branch queries, special requests or assist in problem resolution.
  • Supports Treasury Solution Officers (TSO) and Analysts (TSA) as necessary supporting product satisfaction for new or existing clients.
  • Completes various Treasury Solutions account set ups across supported products for new or existing customers / products.
  • Adheres to and complies with applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.).
  • Adheres to Bank policies and procedures and completes required training.
  • Identifies and reports suspicious activity.


EDUCATION

HS Diploma required, Associate's degree preferred, Bachelor's degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE



  • Experience in Treasury Management/Solutions operations and online banking support, advanced computer skills and a proven track record of providing excellent customer service required.
