Store Manager

DUTIES: Manage the operations of the store, ensuring that shelves are stocked, gas pumps are functioning, security systems are operational, and ATM machines are functioning. Supervise cashiers and monitor sales activities and transactions. Manage cash register and banking, keeping detailed records using computer software including Word and Excel. Communicate with business executives/owners to keep them apprised of current operational status, and confer with them regarding any issues, suggesting potential resolutions using Outlook e-mail or video calls/FaceTime. Monitor customer service, ensuring staff serve customers quickly, efficiently, and in a friendly manner. Resolve customer complaints and conflicts. Ensure staff keep bathrooms clean and neat. Monitor and order inventory and supplies, tracking delivery and following up on delays. Cover cashier duties while cashier is on break or on leave.

Requirements

• US Bachelor’s degree in Business or foreign equivalent
• One year’s work experience in a management position
• Criminal background check
• Comfortable using technology in performance of duties, as evidenced by at least one year experience using Word, Excel, and Outlook in a business setting
• Overnight Shift
• Drug test
• Prior employment verification letter
