Pay: $17.00/hr - $20.00/hr

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday - Friday

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in the manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Moderate computer skills

• Ability to prepare spreadsheets for data analysis and trend calculation.

Preferred Qualifications:

3 or more years of manufacturing experience, Lean certifications, and APICS certifications, along with working experience using the J.D. Edwards Materials Resource Planning/Enterprise Resource Planning program. A background in Production Planning, Procurement, or Inventory Control, along with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Materials Management, Business Administration, or a related field, is also preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Production Planner, daily activities involve reviewing production orders and making informed decisions regarding inventory and staffing requirements while considering budget limitations and time constraints. You'll facilitate production to ensure maximum efficiency, ensuring that processes are completed within the projected timelines. Additionally, reviewing production and quality data is crucial, as it enables you to confer with team members to resolve any production or processing challenges that arise.
