Hours & Pay

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | $16.15/hr

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM | $17.90/hr

3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM | $17.65/hr

Bonus Pay: Earn an extra $1.00/hour during high-heat months

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Be Doing



  • Operate die cast machines to produce aluminum automotive components
  • Pull parts from casting machines and perform detailed quality inspections
  • Identify and tag non-conforming (NG) or abnormal parts
  • Complete production paperwork to track quotas, downtime, and output
  • Move parts and materials using hand carts
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Communicate issues or concerns to Shift Team Leaders and coworkers

What You Bring to the Team



  • High School Diploma preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or foundry work is a plus
  • Familiarity with die-cast machines and presses is helpful
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and handle repetitive movements
  • Comfortable working in high-heat environments and doing overtime as needed
  • A team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety and quality
