Growing construction company is looking for an AP Clerk. The AP Clerk will be primarily responsible for supporting the expense invoicing process. You would be scanning and importing the expense invoices and sub applications to their system, coding and distributing the invoices to owners and project managers for approval, tracking receipts and balancing credit cards. You will also track use tax, maintaining the documents and filing and could support other AP functions. Stable, family owned business that offers competitive salary and benefits are offered during the temporary duration. This position is a long-term temporary assignment with potential for conversion. Hours are M-F 8am-5pm.
