The Opportunity
National Grid is hiring a Manager, Project Governance & Reporting to join our Major Projects Team based in Syracuse, NY. The Role
The Manager, Project Governance & Reporting will work closely with other managers supporting major projects, playing a lead role in ensuring processes and overall performance are of the highest quality. What You'll Do
* Lead a team of specialists to develop and maintain key processes, program governance and ensure adherence to them * Provide analysis and reporting to all levels of the organization from senior leadership to project managers * Manage document and change control practices, ensuring all project documentation is accurate, organized, and accessible in accordance with company and regulatory standards * Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Construction, Risk, and Project Controls to align practices and support successful project execution * Serve as a key liaison with internal audit, compliance, and regulatory teams during reviews and inspections About You
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field required * 8+ years of experience in project management and process improvement/management required * PMP, PgMP, or similar professional certification preferred More Information Salary $150,000. - $177,000. a year This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
