Position Description ENSCO Avionics, Inc. has a need for a hands-on EMI technician for lab level design, integration, and test for avionic and Hybrid vehicle Electro Magnetic Interference EMI test suites. Candidate will perform electrical design, layout, fabrication, integration, test/checkout activities. Candidate will be expected to document and use configuration management systems to store designs of complex test systems. Knowledge of circuit design, electrical engineering concepts and terminology, and ability to follow established project management processes is required. Additional responsibilities include generating scripts to execute the EMI test requirements with programs such as TILE! and Labview. Integration includes working with systems and software engineers to debug the test stand down to the component level and requires the ability to read, understand and write software test procedures written in high level script languages. Procedures and drawings are stored in the Windchill documentation system. Throughout the cycle the position will utilize industry best practice systems engineering and development processes and will consider both the business and the technical needs of the end user with the goal of providing a quality product that satisfies those needs Qualifications Required: Qualifications Desired: Required Certifications: None Salary Range
