Automation Test Manager
Location: West Chester, PA

Required Qualifications:
* Lead Quality Engineer with 10+ years of experience.
* Strong in Selenium Automation
* Onsite-Offshore coordination

Roles/Responsibilities:
* Looking for an automation test manager whose skill set should include, regression testing of the Configured fiber and cable devices in the access network for lab readiness.
* Set up of Wi-Fi and DOCIS features for customers in the Xfinity application and perform UI validations.
* Participate in planning sessions, grooming activities, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
* Communicate with customer and team to gather requirements, plan tests, and deliver results.
* Maintain the lab set-up and develop a comprehensive test strategy addressing potential risks and aligning with customer expectations.
* Conduct compatibility tests across different device configurations to ensure seamless user experiences on multiple platforms.
* Optimize test cycles and plans. Need to play a crucial role in cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment between development and testing efforts with customer goals.
* Leverage automation tools to improve testing efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and enable faster feedback loops.
* Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives resulting in enhanced team productivity and streamlined workflows.
