Job Tittle: Technical Lead

LOCAION: Lake Forest, IL

* Cross Functional Services - Problem Management

* Identify and analyze recurring incidents to uncover root causes and systemic issues.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive resolution and implement preventive measures.

* Facilitate problem review meetings and ensure timely closure of problem records.

* Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous service improvement.

* Generate reports and insights to support operational stability and decision-making.

The annual salary for this position is between $55,000 - $63,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
