Job Summary

We are seeking a Technology Architect with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Pega technologies and a strong background in the Payer domain. This hybrid role requires proficiency in Pega Reporting Platform Application Development and more. The candidate will contribute to innovative solutions that enhance user experience and streamline case management processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Pega-based solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain Pega applications ensuring they meet performance and scalability standards.
• Oversee the integration of Pega systems with existing IT infrastructure to ensure seamless data flow.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Lead the design of user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
• Implement Pega Decision Hub to drive data-driven decision-making processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Pega applications to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging Pega Mobility solutions.
• Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive records of system changes.
• Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and trends to continuously improve solutions. Qualifications
• Possess strong expertise in Pega Reporting Platform and Application Development.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Pega Data and Integration ensuring seamless data management.
• Have experience in designing Pega User Experience solutions that prioritize usability.
• Show capability in Pega Mobility to support mobile-first strategies.
• Exhibit knowledge in Pega Case Management for efficient workflow automation.
• Understand the Payer domain to ensure solutions meet industry-specific needs.
• Be familiar with Pega Decision Hub for enhanced decision-making capabilities.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 - $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
