Responsibilities

As a Human Resources team member, you will use your broad, impactful and diverse HR experience to:

  • HR Partner: Provide support to leaders and employees regarding programs, process, systems etc.
  • Systems Administration: and tool utilization including ADP, Rewardian, HireRight among others.
  • Data Analytics: Responsible for researching and presenting assigned data, developing ad hoc reports or metrics, meeting with management to address issues with recommendations, track and research key HR trends and KPI's.
  • HR Systems Automation: Partner with HR leaders and business leaders to research, evaluate, select and implement key systems and tools that drive automation and efficiency while meeting the needs of the organization specifically around on-boarding, off-boarding, status changes etc.
  • HR Help: support responding to employee questions through our HR Help inbox
  • Build your reputation within the company with your positive support, attention to detail, engagement and responsiveness.
  • Forging strong relationships with the team, our employees and internal customers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience in in one or more of the following areas: HR generalist support and partnership using and leveraging systems, data analytics, compensation analysis, HR generalist experience; process management/automation.
  • Experience with HR Analytics and analysis
  • Experience serving in a shared service or support operations environment/organization
  • Experience partnering with, collaborating with and coaching others
  • Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Program and project management skills are a plus.
  • Experience presenting to clients/customers or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work with a sense of urgency
  • Outstanding team player, positive engaged attitude and embraces continuous learning

Preferred:

  • Experience with the following tools: iCims, ADP Workforce Now, Rewardian, etc.

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelors Degree
