Job Summary Reports to: Regional Director Location: Seaport, MA (Boston) The Workplace Services Manager will oversee and support facility services for our clients in a leased high rise building with multiple floors. Event management oversite will be a large part of responsibilities, managing a team of A/V Techs and supporting all event and conference services needs. Oversite of day cleaning vendor as well as mail / shipping & receiving operations. Key Responsibilities: Janitorial Services: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of janitorial services. - Ensure the building is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times. - Manage relationships with external janitorial service providers. Event Management: - Plan and coordinate events within the building, including meetings, conferences, and social gatherings. - Ensure all events are executed smoothly and meet the expectations of stakeholders. - Manage event budgets and resources effectively. Audio/Video Services: - Oversee AV Technicians and other staff in responsible for maintenance, and operation of audio/video equipment. - Ensure all audio/video services are functional and meet the needs of the business. Concierge Staff: - Manage the concierge team and programming to ensure high-quality service for all building occupants. - Develop and implement concierge service policies and procedures. - Address any issues or concerns related to concierge services promptly and effectively. Mailroom Services: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of mailroom services. - Manage relationships with external shipping providers Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field. Proven experience in workplace services management, project management, or a similar role. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
