As a
Director of Employee Experience with Foley, you
will serve as a key member of the People Leadership Team and will play a vital role in fostering a positive and productive work environment, promoting employee engagement and retention, sustaining a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
The Director of Employee Experience will oversee the HR Generalist team and several key HR functions including employee relations, performance enablement, employee engagement, employee recognition, and HR analytics.
This is a highly collaborative, strategic, hands-on role, requiring a blend of analytical capability, leadership presence, and practical experience in HR operations, particularly in industrial and service-based settings.
