Job Description

Job Summary

Mercury Systems is seeking an IT Business Analyst to serve as a liaison between our business units and the applications and development teams, working to elicit and define system requirements and turn them into technical specifications. Our business analysts work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, challenging, and ever-changing environment. We are looking for an energetic individual with strong interests in business analysis who thrives on building high quality business technology systems.

Job Responsibilities:



  • Platform Administration and Management: Act as a primary point of contact for managing user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and licenses.
  • Support ongoing integration efforts with external systems: Facilitating integration between Salesforce and other systems like Oracle, Data Lake, OCR Ease, Document Extractor, Conga. Development efforts using Visualforce for Case email templates, Flows, Process Builders.
  • Create and maintain Record-Triggered, Scheduled, and Screen Flows to automate business processes. Customizing Salesforce to meet specific business needs, including creating custom objects, fields, leads, approval processes and workflows.
  • Monitor and when required refactor existing flows for efficiency and scalability.
  • Oversee Skills-Based Routing and Queue-based Routing to ensure cases and tasks are assigned to the right agents.
  • Create and maintain Conga applications Composer templates for support and business-related documents.
  • Maintain Conga Sign in supporting electronic signature processes for consent forms, and other documents.
  • Maintain system security and compliance and other relevant regulations.
  • Ensure data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and data hygiene practices.
  • Import, export, and update data using tools like Data Loader
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement more complex functionality and integrations.
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases, features and recommend enhancements.
  • Sandbox Environment Management: Develop flow customization, lead assignment/sharing rules, workflow rules, process enhancements, UAT setup, testing functionality to trouble shoot issues, and Sandbox backup/refreshes.


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Typically requires 4+ years of experience as a fulltime Salesforce Administrator in a medium to large size organization
  • Experience supporting Service Cloud and Service Console
  • Proven experience configuring and maintaining Salesforce Flows (especially Record-Triggered and Scheduled Flows)
  • Hands-on experience with Conga and Salesforce supported document management tool
  • Familiarity with tools like Data Loader, Workbench, and Developer Console
  • Basic understanding of Apex and Lightning Components (for collaboration with developers)
  • Experience with Service Cloud

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator
  • Platform App Builder
  • Platform Developer 1
  • User Experience (UX) Designer
