Summary: The main function of the Data Scientist is to provide quantitative data to inform Marketing strategy and decisions. Job Responsibilities: * Provide observational analysis of Marketing impact. * Use an analytical approach to design, develop and evaluate predictive models. * Generate and test hypotheses through experiments and causal models. * Partner with Marketing and cross-functional teams to analyze marketing strategy. * Provide Business Intelligence and data visualization Minimum years of experience: 4-5 years Top 5 must-have HARD skills: 1 Experienced in programming languages such as SQL and Python and/or R 2 The ability to communicate effectively in writing 3 Experience working with Marketing datasets 4. Experience managing timelines, deliverables 5. Strong stakeholder communication skills *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $80.00/hr.
