DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As the Website Content Manager, you will be responsible for managing, reviewing, and maintaining all content that is published on the FWGS.com website. Duties of this role include maintaining a digital content calendar, writing promotional and seasonal marketing content, building page layouts, and collaborating with other teams to create reports to track website performance and analyze sales and engagement numbers from website content to recommend improvements. In addition, this professional is responsible for monitoring search engine optimization (SEO) performance, and ensuring that content is written to enhance search results through keywords, tagging, and other tactics. This role must maintain consistent review of all content for accuracy and monitor key performance indicators to continuously refine and optimize content strategies. Candidates who will excel in this position will have experience in website backend administration, making website updates and building content pages, and writing content for digital marketing with SEO as a guiding principle. - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to four days per week, with one day per week in the Northwest Office Building in Harrisburg. Additional in-office days may be needed based upon operational needs. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a PLCB Marketing Analyst 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Two years of professional marketing, advertising, or merchandising experience and a bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:
- You must pass a background investigation. An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code. Other criminal convictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
