DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will offer clerical and administrative assistance within the Human Resources Department, primarily focusing on the processing of time data for all employees at SCI Pine Grove, including both H1 and non-H1 staff. You will exercise discretion and sound judgment in managing the retention and distribution of confidential and relevant information. Additionally, you will frequently make independent decisions regarding timekeeping and payroll procedures, assessing the appropriateness of the information to be processed and determining the necessary actions to take. - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days a week, upon successful completion of probationary period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Indiana.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- One year of moderately complex clerical experience; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:
- You must pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements.
