Staffmark is seeking a Spot Welder to join a reputable manufacturing team in Englewood, OH. In this role, you'll operate spot welding equipment to fuse metal components based on blueprints and work instructions. This position requires precision, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Pay: $16/hr

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:50 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Operate spot welding machines to join sheet metal and steel components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and job orders
  • Inspect welded parts for quality and accuracy; make adjustments as needed
  • Set up welding equipment, including selecting electrodes, adjusting weld times, and applying proper pressure
  • Perform routine maintenance on spot welders and report any issues
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
  • Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
  • Keep workstations clean and organized
