MHS is hiring a Middle Division Senior Administrative Secretary to support the Athletic Director/Dean of Students. This position provides general administrative support within the Middle Division Administrative team and handles the following responsibilities:




  • Coordinates all administrative details related to the sports program by using Arbiter Sports. Coordinates setting up teams, opponents, rosters, etc.
  • Facilitates processing of HR related matters such as hiring, job changes & separations.
  • Coordinates staffing for events including coaches, event workers, refs, etc.
  • Coordinates scheduling of all facilities and fields for practices, games, etc..
  • Orders the supplies, processes all relevant financials, and coordinates transportation.
  • Tracks participation and collects scores.
  • Maintains detailed and accurate record-keeping and ensures compliance with certifications, trainings, etc.
  • Extensive cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3 or more years of successful administrative experience in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. MHS experience is a plus.
  • Proficient utilizing software including Microsoft, Google, and databases.
  • Exceptional organizational skills including the ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with staff and students.
  • High degree of detail orientation.
  • Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all MHS staff are role models for students.
  • Candidates should be eager to engage with students.
