Position Highlights |
The Postdoctoral Research Associate will support research focused on increasing symptom management and reducing psychological distress in cancer survivors and caregivers. The position will contribute to the dissemination of results from current and future projects. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States. Duties & Responsibilities |
- Work with the research team to implement current and
future research projects focused on symptom management, reducing psychological distress and health equity for cancer survivors and caregivers' symptom management. - Advance the research through dissemination of results: writing
of manuscripts. - Advance the research through dissemination of results: presentations.
- Development of extramural funding opportunity
proposals. - Basic
competence in statistical analysis software. - Participate
in trainings with T32 Post-doc Fellows in Cancer Prevention and Control

Minimum Qualifications |
- Ph.D.
in Nursing, Public Health, Psychology or health-related field by the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications |
- Superior ability to prepare, write, edit, and revise research reports for publication (as evidenced by publications or submitted manuscripts in peer reviewed journals).
- Bilingual English and Spanish.
