Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse Location: Columbia, MT 59912 Duration: 3 months with possible extension Shift Timing: 8- and 12-hour shifts available Day Shift: 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.-* Evening Shift: 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. Pay Rate: $38/hr.-$42/hr. (Depends on experience) Role & Responsibilities: Accurately record patient medical history and vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.). Monitor and document patients' conditions, including fluid intake/output and treatment progress. Observe and report side effects of medications or changes in condition. Assist patients with daily activities such as eating, bathing, and mobility. Administer prescribed medications, injections, enemas, and perform basic wound care. Collect lab samples as directed. Provide emotional and psychological support to patients as needed. Communicate with patients' families or caregivers to provide updates, comfort, and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts.
