Standex Electronics Amran Instrument Transformers is a leading manufacturer of Low Voltage and Medium Voltage Instrument Transformers (Current and Voltage Transformers) with multiple manufacturing plants in USA and India. Amran's product portfolio includes standard products as well as numerous custom products specifically designed and developed for OEM specific equipment. Amran's Instrument Transformer products have been installed in over 50 countries around the world.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Planner to oversee production scheduling and materials planning to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing operations. The Manufacturing Planner will work closely with procurement, production, engineering, and inventory teams to develop and maintain production schedules, manage material requirements, and support on-time delivery of finished goods.

What You'll Do



  • Develop, maintain, and adjust master production schedules based on customer demand, sales forecasts, and inventory targets.
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
  • Monitor work orders and production progress to identify potential bottlenecks or delays.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve scheduling conflicts or supply issues.
  • Analyze inventory levels and recommend adjustments to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase planning accuracy and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Communicate schedule updates, changes, and priorities to stakeholders across departments.
  • Prepare and present regular planning and performance reports to management.



What You'll Bring



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.



What We Value



  • APICS CPIM certification or similar is a plus.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
  • Advanced Excel or data analysis skills.
