CGL Facility Management, LLC provides comprehensive contract facility maintenance services to commercial clients.

A Brief Overview
The Manager of Contracts Administration at CGL Facility Management, LLC manages and oversees the work of the contract administration team. This position is responsible for maintaining operations and business transactions at the operating account level that includes work that is analytical, evaluative, and advisory in nature and that requires an understanding of operational workflow procedures, contract compliance, purchasing, computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and basic accounting theory and practice. Additional responsibilities include identifying and resolving issues that arise to facilitate contract compliance, overseeing the monthly client invoicing process, and ensuring that financial records related to revenue generation are accurate and in compliance with audit practices.

What you will do



  • Oversees and manages the contract administration team
  • Manages the revenue cycle and the preparation of client invoices and ensures the accuracy of invoicing
  • Reviews and maintains a database of client contracts and supporting documentation
  • Maintains documentation related to client invoicing and financial audit in accordance with GAAP policies
  • Oversees training of new contract administrators and operations personnel
  • Handles escalated issues related to contract compliance and client invoicing
  • Advises senior management of operational issues as appropriate
  • Recommends process improvements and policy revisions
  • This position requires driving for the Company using either 1) a Company vehicle, at any frequency from Rarely to Constantly; or, 2) a Personal vehicle to conduct Company business more than 50% of the time to perform work duties.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Management or Accounting Preferred
  • 4-6 years Administrative operations Required
  • 1-3 years Experience with Maintenance Connection or another CMMMS Required
  • 1-3 years Experience with invoicing or revenue management Required
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; particularly the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
  • Ability to identify problems, connect and analyze data, and draw logical conclusions
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Excel and MS Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent problem solving ability
  • DL NUMBER - Driver's License, Valid and in State Required

Final salaries will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience.
