Opportunity PeopleTec is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager with both conventional and special operations aviation rotary wing experience to support our customer at a large-scale military production facility in Lexington, KY. The ideal candidate will be a business operations and logistics expert, capable of managing complex operational tasks and evaluating business systems for efficiency and improvement. The successful candidate will lead efforts to inventory, evaluate, and streamline existing business systems, while also managing the day-to-day administrative operations. Key responsibilities include developing implementation plans, coordinating with stakeholders, preparing reports and briefings, and supporting the SOFSA program's internal tasking processes. This role demands excellent communication and analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and the confidence to work with leadership across all levels of the organization. Key Duties Include:
