ANALYGENCE is seeking a skilled Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to develop and implement cybersecurity strategies for DoD combat systems. This role focuses on crafting cybersecurity policies, conducting technical analyses, and driving system security engineering to address emerging threats and compliance requirements across multiple classification levels.

Responsibilities:



  • Develop cybersecurity requirements, standards, best practices, and procedural guidance for combat systems.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support DoD cyber assurance and policy initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional working groups to formulate cybersecurity strategies against evolving threats.
  • Analyze gaps in cybersecurity, intelligence, and IT policies related to combat systems.
  • Design and document cybersecurity system engineering solutions for combat systems.
  • Develop cybersecurity risk assessments and corresponding mitigation plans.
  • Produce documentation including threat analyses, gap assessments, and cybersecurity engineering reports.
  • Apply or develop Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) models to support cybersecurity analysis.
  • Lead working groups to develop cybersecurity strategies to meet emerging threats.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience with security engineering related SLBM program.
  • Minimum IAT Level II per DoD 8570.01
  • Strong understanding of DoD Cybersecurity policies for both Land Based and afloat/tactical systems.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in written and oral presentations.
  • Minimum of an active Secret Clearance.
