This is not your average desk job. You'll be on the frontlines of innovation, helping our teams and customers navigate the rapidly evolving world of electronic banking. From online banking platforms to mobile troubleshooting, you'll be the go-to guru for all things digital-and you'll have fun doing it.

What You'll Be Doing (aka Your Superpowers):

  • Serve as a technical wizard and trusted advisor for all electronic banking services-think online banking, treasury tools, and more.

  • Troubleshoot like a pro: mobile apps, browsers, systems-you name it, you'll solve it.

  • Guide customers and internal teams with your deep knowledge and stellar communication skills.

  • Be the master of reports and data extracts, helping drive intelligent decision-making behind the scenes.

  • Stay ahead of the curve by testing new product features and updates before they go live.

  • Act as a mentor and trainer, sharing your knowledge with colleagues and ensuring everyone's in the know.

  • Collaborate across departments and contribute to creating awesome digital experiences for our customers.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 4+ years in the financial world, with at least 2 years in electronic banking (or bring equivalent education/certifications-we love diverse paths!)

  • Sharp problem-solving skills and a laser focus on detail.

  • Deep knowledge of bank products, compliance, and digital platforms.

  • Confidence navigating Windows, Android, Mac, iOS, and various browsers.

  • A self-starter mindset with a passion for making tech make sense to others.

  • Communication skills that shine-whether you're training a team or helping a customer one-on-one.
