Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to executive staff on a daily basis. Provide assistance to other executive staff as needed
  • Manage calendaring and scheduling. Responsible for scheduling and coordinating meetings for executives
  • Coordinate meetings with other executives, with the corporate office and with the customers
  • Arrange domestic and international travel for executives. Prepare travel documents and expense reports
  • Interact, in a highly professional manner, with individuals, both internal and external to the company
  • Collect and distribute information and handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature both inside and outside the company
  • Identify and take a pro-active approach to urgent calls or issues
  • Prepare correspondence
  • Create/edit spreadsheets and presentations
  • Complete special projects as needed
  • Working on-site at our NYC office during business hours.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years directly related professional administrative experience, supporting an executive in a Sales organization
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Able to handle changing priorities, and prioritize, and screen low value and low priority items
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and make independent judgments in a busy environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
  • Manage budgeting & reporting
  • Ability to use discretion in handling highly confidential matters
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from employer now or in the future

The wage range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors in determining your pay. We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $100,000-$122,000. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. Benefits/perks listed here may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Check Point Software Technologies and the country/state where you work.
